The 1990s generation of the fall communism has reached retirement age by now, so time come for a generational transition. Studies on succession family enterprises mainly focus internal factors such as professionalisation, involvement external managers, successors’ socialisation, or issue asset values. However, institutional environment shaping options including inheritance law, formal intermediaries, succession-related tax rules also have major impact long-term survival businesses and transfer wealth from one to next. objective this paper is shed light peculiar features their defining alternatives in country. It intends describe set institutions relationship between those institutions, transgenerational transfer, strategies. In case mixed exit strategies, it analyses options, advantages, risks application fiduciary management “wedges management” principals managers.
